Once you have completed your estimate you can then print a Proposal without having to reenter any information. The header information for the proposal is retrieved from the Company Info you entered (Select File from the main menu then Set Up  ->  Company Info).

You can choose payment terms to suit your needs or create your own.

 The total price for the estimate is rounded off before the proposal is printed, (ie: $1147.23 becomes $1147.00).
